The bodice is made from stretch velvet with one seam up the back.  If you prefer you can just use duct tape for that seam.

Stretch velvet rolls easily so the top edge was glued lightly with Elmers glue with more rolled down at the back, about an inch and a half to about one eight of an inch in the front.

Then the leaves, feathers and berries were glued on.

This is just a cheap mask with stretch velvet glued on and trimmed to match the bodice.
